已经是第二次入住了，整体都很不错。卫生，环境，空调，设施也新，希望能保持。这次入住，感觉早餐质量下降了。烫米粉的阿姨动作慢，很久都煮不出一份，旁边几个客人都有意见了。而且如果你同时点一份米粉，一份馄饨，还会被盘问：你为什么点两份？你吃的完么？结果，阿姨给我煮的米粉就只有一筷子！！！要知道我是帮同事一起点的！！不带这样盘问的！早餐还不让人吃饱！

这个酒店是我这次行程中最满意的酒店，设施和卫生估计在凯里可以算很好的了！酒店位于凯里市政府的对面，我们住的房间正好能看到非常有特色的名族体育馆，体育馆那里的苗大哥特色火锅生意火爆啊~附近的牛滚当火锅也非常好吃~~~~，唯一就是交通不算方便，到火车站和汽车站都不算近，打车高峰司机都不愿意带！
