性价比挺高的，我们本来打算去广州，预高速下暴雨就开平下了，不错，半夜11点到，热水还是杠杠的，房间隔音也不错，楼下的早茶也很好吃

酒店房間整潔， 床舖非常舒適， 浴室也非常乾淨清潔， 唯獨是沐浴間去水不是很理想， 有輕微積水情況出現。 值得一提的是酒店房間大門採用新型防盜鏈， 不易被最近網上流傳視頻中的陌生人所用的方法輕易打開，值得一讚!!!

酒店服务态度非常差，卫生间和洗澡下水道堵塞，我从今以后再也不会订福禄寿酒店，如果你们要入住千万记得进房间第一时间要检查他们有没有少放东西，因为我从来不用酒店里的毛巾和浴巾这些都是自带去的，这次他们没放毛巾我也没在意到退房时坑我们赔钱

位置不错，装修硬件设施均可，楼下有餐厅吃饭和喝茶，附近有超市和好吃的糖水，卫生间花洒喷头出水没什么压力，水流量不是很大，房间卫生状况一般，需自己用消毒水再清洁一次，但和这个价位相比，性价比不错，值得再次入住。
