酒店设施完善，服务很周到，带着两个宝宝，酒店主动补给大宝的浴袍拖鞋，小宝还提供婴儿床，房间很干净，早餐丰富，泳池和健身房都免费开放，性价比超高

很糟糕的入住体验。其他客人的点评都是真实的。一是餐厅服务很差，晚餐在酒店用餐，上菜非常慢，直到我们用完餐后半小时才上最后一道菜白灼虾。是酒店自己配餐，因此不存在现买菜的问题。没有任何解释和抱歉。二是热水确实很糟糕，水不热，且放水五分钟后就会变成凉水。三是入住时前台只是说凭房卡用早餐，然后在众目睽睽之下，因为多一个小孩，餐厅服务员质问房号和姓名，非常没有礼貌。春节期间房费上涨不少，我们考虑服务员上班不容易，也一直容忍服务态度。但酒店管理非常不人性化，春节多是携家出游，有时就会有小孩子的早餐，如果酒店能多赠送就是皆大欢喜。这个酒店不推荐全家出游入住。
