不知道是我要求太高还是这些打好评的对五星酒店没有概念？这种酒店的服务叫五星？三星都比这个服务好吧！五星级酒店的服务是有规定的好吗？服务员拽的飞起！
住个房间闷热，开空调，打电话修了三次，必须只能开到20°不然就停！
打个麻将，明明打了两个小时，要收我四个小时的钱，然后核实，说是服务员记错了，然后告诉我晚上七点半到九点半是三个小时，嗯，你的数学老师是看大门的教的？
想去游泳，游泳池一堆交了钱来游的，顿时就不想去了
跟我说现在在创什么文明，我看你们一点都不文明，先去学学怎么服务再来说文明，去别的城市看看人家的五星级服务再来给我甩脸色
