房间空调是坏的，热水也是坏的，叫了四五次前台麻烦解决，永远没有下文。别的房间就是好的。最后扔了张别人睡得乱糟糟的房卡给我们让我们去那边洗澡。。。。我们住的房间中，还有没打扫干净的垃圾。一次生意，不会再来。关于热水供应时间，前台说晚上七点前，没有热水打电话去又说七点后，等到七点后没有热水在打电话去又说是七点前。为什么别的房间有热水？艺龙的价格大多数还比门市贵，真是宰客一把好手。

离喀纳斯机场非常近。坐早上9点的飞机选择了这里，非常不错！最近有活动赠送早餐，前台服务耐心细致，住宿体验非常好！满意
