酒店前台小谢，小郜，小白服务态度很好，房间卫生干净，在景区能住到这么好的房间真的是很满足，还给我们讲解了附近的景点。美中不足的一点:本来说的十点发车，后来又打电话通知说是九点发车。本来安排好的时间又得重新做调整。好在前台的暖心服务弥补了不足。热水器还好开的稍微小点洗20分钟没有问题。

房间内的被子床单都很旧，给人很不干净的感觉，卫生间洗澡只能洗十五分钟算是边远地区的地理环境，但是只要洗澡整个卫生间都是水，因为淋浴没有遮挡！最最恶心的是掀开马桶看到上面还有尿印子！真的所有的旅途好心情都没了，但是回头想整个喀纳斯机场只有这一个可以住宿的地方，没掉起棍棒收黑价就算是良心商家了，哈哈哈！
