入住时候酒店前台只有两个人 又有一个40多人的旅行团，我们散客没人理，排了40多分钟才入住，房间水龙头得水是黄的放了特别长时间才好，设施还可以，算是一路上住的比较好的酒店，酒店位置很好，去玩的地方很方便，就是服务跟不上，退房也等了特别久。

前台是酒店的窗户！可是服务态度极差，各个都吊着脸，入住和退房速度极慢，查房要等半小时，房间所有台面上灰尘一层，住了两个晚上换了两次房都有臭脚味。住这个酒店就是因为它的地理位置好，早餐还可以吧。

非常方便，早饭在新疆也算是比较丰富的，住了好几天，感觉前台效率不高但维族小姑娘们很热情，汉族姑娘虽然手脚快但脸色总是不好看
