位置相当好，过马路就进古城了。不过前台效率不太高，几个前台都忙的很但退房还是要等很久，看上去要么是衔接问题要么是电脑系统要改进

这是我新疆之旅一路走来住过的最好的酒店，位置靠近艾堤尕尔清真寺和喀什大巴扎，游玩非常方便，推荐给我朋友下月来喀什必住酒店。非常满意给个大大的👍

说是五星级，价格倒是能接受，就是服务不太能接受，房间电视不能用，打电话给总台，一个小时没有人来处理，空调滴水的声音无法入睡，打了两次电话后终于换了房间，

硬件尚可，软件很差，前台效率很低，办理入住和退房，都要半小时以上，令人抓狂。 前台永远有很多客人在等。 退房时，艺龙上明明已经预付了，但还要 花20分钟才能确认，总之这个五星级效率很低，需要足够的耐心
