酒店设施都没有问题，只是服务员先是安排错了房间，给了我们一间正待打扫的，反复联系前台和楼层服务员，之后换了新房间，两名服务员连门也不敲就用酒店的钥匙开门进来。不明白为何这么有名的酒店犯这个低级错误。
