我们订的商务双床房（酒店再上只有套房，且待遇与商务房相同）～分三张单住了三天～由于前台的失误～让我们误以为跟内地香格里拉及相关品牌的酒店一样～可以每单免洗二件单衣。但前台经理挺负责任的担了这个责任～帮我们免洗了6件衣服～让我们能干干净净的进藏继续旅途～在这儿谢谢了！我们本就是奔着丽笙的服务理念“是的，我可以”！但没想到的是～我爱喝茶～自带农夫山泉～喝过头了～向客户多要二小瓶冰露（商务房可以享受免费提供小瓶水无限量）～客房服务接线员拒绝了我～并告诉我要收费～连我向他要一个卫生间的卷纸都不送～生气之下～再次拔通电话告诉接线员～您请人送来吧～我会埋单的！幸好来了个大姐～把我需要的给送来了～并歉意的说“对不起，那是新来的”！我无语“丽笙”！
