艺龙预订的是豪华单间，被告知该房型房间地毯在清洗不能入住，艺龙小姑娘很热心，看情况满足艺龙赔付，帮我升级到行政单间，待我到达酒店办理入住，前台又告知行政单间满房了，又和艺龙联系确认，最终入住行政标间，差价艺龙赔付，可谓一波三折，第一次享受到艺龙如此贴心的服务，为艺龙点赞👍酒店前台为表歉意送了份早餐，总算圆满了
