酒店堂环境可以，但是房间一般，特别是洗手间；而且星级酒店该有的配套都欠缺，如最基本的房间咖啡都没有！

服务理念太差，吃饭上菜速度太慢，一个菜吃完了，下个菜还没上，催半天才上！打包没餐盒，就用一个盘子，还收押金，对客人的及其不信任，不像大酒店，太小气！
