总的评价是硬件不错，软件不行，五星酒店，应该是库尔勒最好的，但是接待人员态度象是你少她钱一样，我自驾游去的，早上走的时候到出口，保安说要前台开证明才行，往返一下差不多有一里路，前台工作人员难道之前不知道问一下吗，

酒店设施不错。无线wifi网速也很快。入住办理很快。办了信用卡预授权，退房的时候把房卡还给他就可以了。给了第24层客房，很安静。床也睡很舒服，没有什么可挑剔的。总之很满意。同程订房也很简单。之后给电子发票报账也简单方便。
