设施太老了，花洒龙头居然还是两个独立的，冷热水要分别调……淋浴地漏下水非常差，积水快到脚面，幸亏淋浴房密封不严，否则估计要成淹死在淋浴房的第一人。地库不对外，地上停车位要另外收费一晚上20，太不能理解了。服务总台小伙态度冷淡，总之与其余五星级酒店相比无论硬件还是服务都相差甚远，唯一还不错的是早餐种类繁多，味道还行，就是座位严重缺乏，高峰期只能等位，超级尴尬……酒店一楼的餐厅粤式茶点味道好，价格很便宜，值得一试。
