真的不是五星酒店，太让人失望了。押金条给了，押金没退，我自己跑回来拿的押金。说我没有留联系方式，我入住的时候留了联系方式，押金条上也有联系方式，你说没有！越想越不对劲，房间里的充电器落在房间，我退押金你也不给我，非要我打电话问了才给找。我试问一句，你们是五星酒店么？？？前台你不退押金是故意的么
