挂牌五星酒店，但服务、人的观念明显跟不上，有差距。酒店人员与顾客的沟通能力、专业水准明显不足，仍会让人明显感觉不适。硬件也陈旧。不过这个价格，总体也算相宜吧。

酒店还行。建议大家以后不要在携程与艺龙上订酒店，迟迟不返现老是推脱。好多酒店都说他们不厚道，胡乱要价。谨慎！
