住了一周，应该有资格好好的点评一下，酒店的外形不错，环境也不错，基本都能看到孔雀河。还送了水果、果盘。不过酒店的服务实在不敢恭维，特别是早餐部的，早餐做的一般，服务简直是跟不上，有些基本的服务都满足不了（早餐八点半开始，开始半个小时了，卷饼、煎蛋服务人员才来，客人要求煎蛋，被告知理所当然的没有），这种服务远不及其他的三星酒店，和同类别的酒店差的太多。房间里的设施与酒店不匹配，特别是马桶，太次了。

典型的老牌五星级酒店，外表还在，但其实设施服务已经跟不上时代节奏了。房间里地毯较脏，整体色调也比较土了，赶不上亚朵这种轻奢型酒店或者外资的酒店如希尔顿。地理位置很好是优点。总之不太划算。建议去掉地毯铺木地板，去掉浴缸，因为浴缸本身就很脏没人用。服务吧台的水也都是打开过的。
