When we check out and ask reception to call a cab to airport, the staff said can’t get cab as they don’t have cooperation with cab service… I’m like what’s wrong here, hotel can’t help to call a taxi when we don’t have china phone number?! Why can’t a hotel can’t book cab for their customers??

环境不错 衞生条件好 前台服务很热情 大堂里还摆着鲜花 管理人员很有品味 最惊喜的还是我今天生日 前台小姐姐给我送了份小礼物 真的很开森^_^
酒店周边餐馆 便利店都有 很方便 离滇池也很近 小姐姐贴心的给我们讲解路线和周边的美食 下次来还会选择这家酒店 很温馨

酒店大堂很漂亮，房间乾净衞生很讲究配备有小零食，被子枕头睡的舒服，衞生间乾湿分离，热水给力赞赞赞，前台服务非常专业热情温馨，退房时还送了宝宝小礼物，宝宝爱不释手了感谢感谢，早餐不错环境也安静前台服务员热情谢谢啦。酒店免费停车车位充足，旁边吃饭的地方很多，地理位置也好离地铁站近，打车方便非常好的店祝生意兴隆

超级棒的一次入住体验 距离滇池真的太近了 去海埂公园看海鸥骑个小车10分钟就可以到 酒店还贴心的做了观鸥景点地图 真的很棒 衞生条件也很好 设施设备完善是智能家居很方便 爱了爱了 服务也无可挑剔 最近昆明天气较冷一到前台第一时间小哥哥小姐姐就送上热水很暖心

房间真的很不错 带语音助手 一进房间看到如此整洁的衞生条件 真的忍不住要点个赞 住了那么多酒店 还得是连锁 这床铺的都舍不得躺上去 设施都很新 服务态度很好 停车有露天停车场地下停车区 很方便 离海埂大坝很近 很满意的一次入住

第一次入住这个酒店，感觉真的不错，服务人员很热情，酒店设施很新，环境衞生也很不错，细节都有，房间的配套很齐全，很喜欢甚至不愿意离开。这个地理位置真的不错，下楼走两步就是海埂公园 。总而言之很推荐，价格合适，性价比很好!

房间不错，窗帘都是电动开关，洗漱，沐浴和衞生间均分开；房间衞生乾净整洁；酒店服务员态度较好，还给我们升级了行政房；环境比较好，不过门口再搞基建。

酒店很舒服，床很软很舒服，酒店自助早餐也很丰盛，小孩太早起不来，餐厅大姐贴心的让我带点上去给娃娃吃，真的暖心到了，酒店不远有个网红地，叫福保半岛，金色稻田拍照很出片，国庆后把稻谷收割后説是要???花田，到时候应该更漂亮。

The hotel is very close to Dianchi lake. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and I will book this hotel whenever I visit Kunming again.
