你要承认一个事实饭店老了，有可能真的是老了，而不是因为名气而变好。
嘿，你好啊，我是Ben叔叔，我在昆明游荡。
在昆明旅行，订了这个老牌饭店昆明饭店。我以为都会上进，我以为都会思变，结果当我进来的时候我吓了一跳，三百多块钱的酒店，真的有可能只是一个七天的便捷酒店还差很多。
设施非常老旧，如三四线城市的旅馆，然後整体的服务也一般般，还靠马路很吵。当然主楼在翻新，希望翻新过後会有好的体验吧。
因此我想告诉大家，如果来旅行，不要来订，不要因为他知名，你就以为他很好。其实一般般。

Nestled right in the middle of everything and close to Subways.
OR bar is connected to the hotel, yet you don't hear any noise showing the good insulation.
Front desk is fast and helpful.
Water takes a while to heat up.

简单的説，就是一个老招待所，空调一直开不了，房间超级冷，衞生间水很小，洗澡出来更冷！烧水壶都是坏的！停车还比较方便，可能入住率不高吧！

不亏是老牌的酒店，有历史文化底藴的酒店，从前台服务到客房服务，再到饭店服务，都非常很主动热情，特别是李金燕，谭燕菲，韦晓璐三位工作人员很负责任
家俱可以更新一下了有点老旧了

酒店主楼已封闭维修，仅提供南楼做酒店，他号称4星级。事实上比普通招待所还要差。地毯是破及脏的，墙壁破败，墙面很脏，我们一家三口订了二间房，入住三天，没有WiFi，没有电视。洗澡水非很熟就是凉水，设施极度陈旧。

饭店的主楼整个围起来在装修，只剩下南楼在营业，严格来説，不能算昆明饭店，更不能是四星级了，更奇葩的是，一个大床房，床底是两个单人床拼的，床垫子双人床的，还小一块，见图一，上下床真不方便啊，电梯没有关门键，图三，酒店你説説看，哪点符合四星的标准呢？不过，服务员的水平还是不错的。

昆明饭店主楼在装修，住的是商务楼。硬件设施的确落後了，12月底住的，空调不太暖。不过地理位置好，地铁公交都不远，到老街，翠湖公园等都方便。自驾的话有大停车场，很方便。早餐丰富，米线味道不错。服务还是保持了一定的水准，从前台的客房服务员都会礼貌地问候，服务响应也不错。隔音和床品也都好，对要求环境安静的人较适合。
