服务不规范的一家。和艺龙确认好的四个房间，晚上到了竟然说我们只订了两个房间（后来发现是酒店人员的错）。之后的林林总总不愉快就不说了，仅仅讲当晚后面的事，当班人员不仅没有很诚恳的向我们道歉，反而一脸不耐烦，总之职业素养不高，服务意识淡薄。
