可以説是元旦昆明之行最满意的一个环节。服务太好了，无微不至的贴心服务。出了两个小插曲，服务人员反应非常快速，解决方案也非常满意。而且不是机械式服务，真的有感受到被关怀。Cici的微笑太甜美了，服务专业又温暖。衞浴设施很好，一秒来热水。衞生间通风效率很高。房间很暖和。房间打扫非常乾净，我们有小宝宝，房间很乱，也被整理得很好。每天晚上都有宵夜。停车场也很方便停车，值班人员很负责。

从成都 贵阳 到昆明，一直住智选假日，服务都是不错的，比较满意
昆明服务也不错。地点也好。
就是房间有点热，26度左右，空调不能制冷，送了电风扇，但效果并不太好。因为在昆明只住2晚，也就对付了
另外房间的墙 好像是贴的壁纸或类似的东西，貌似需要清洁了。还是时间久了，就变成这样了

酒店位置好，就在二环边上，去市中心非常的方便，门口有一个很大的停车场，酒店周边是小区房居民楼，住宿的环境比较安静，房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，早餐品类多，味道好，大堂有24小时的免费咖啡和茶水，相比较其他酒店有增加宵夜这一点，对於晚到的客人来説是一个很好的福利，前台办理入住的范薪态度好，为我安排了一个很好的房间。

Service : I’ve stayed at several hotels in Kunming and Dali, including Novotel, Vienna, Wanda Moment Neo, and various Holiday Inn Express locations across China. Among them, Holiday Inn Express Kunming West has the best service. The front desk and dining staff always greet guests with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, unlike some of the other hotels where the staff seemed less friendly and not as welcoming.
Location : Very convenient, the metro is only 200m away, and there are plenty of eateries around the corner.
Cleanliness : very good.
