因为行程临时变化提前一天入住了，正好赶上一个医学会议大部队，大堂人超级多，前台忙的不行，但是乱中有序，谢谢前台小李帮忙升级了後两天的房型，态度热情，服务周到，提前要求的床围栏也给安排好了，酒店的夜宵非常不错，一点也不糊弄，非常满意

位置交通：
距离昆明机场还是挺方便的，6号线换3号线“梁家河”站出来步行五分钟就到酒店了。
总体来讲，这边靠近老城区，周边吃的、医院什麽的都有，还是很方便的
服务：
IHG的服务很友好，特别是前台小刘服务很热情。
早餐&夜宵：
早餐和夜宵在一楼大堂的隔壁，座位很多，吃的也非常丰富，还有现点的米线非常好吃??
性价比：
性价比还是很好的，商务出差都很适合。

超级满意，房间被安排在了14楼风景很好。酒店提供了早餐和夜宵。味道超级好。大大解决了带孩子出行吃饭的问题，位置也很好点外卖超级方便，地铁大约走五分钟就到。前一条街还有很多米线店。附近是居民生活区物价很到位。完全没有旅行景区的坑。去机场和火车站都很方便。强烈推荐
退房那天还送了伴手礼，感谢前台小秦的细心解答。

这次来昆明住了三晚西部假日酒店的亲子房，两间联通的房间，一个大床房一个双人床，适合朋友家庭旅行。
不得不説，四星的假日酒店，衞生绝对到五星了，秒杀国内大多数四星的酒店，住宿非常满意，早餐也很多，很丰盛。

设施：设定很齐全，有办公地点，24小时咖啡和水果茶供应
衞生：每天都有阿姨打扫衞生，乾净整洁
环境：处於市中心，离哪里都很近，翠湖，海埂大坝都不远，性价比高
服务：服务很热情，有求必应
自助宵夜:自助宵夜很好吃，小锅酸菜米线，晚上吃一碗幸福感满满

A wonderful hotel that’s very clean and close to the metro and Kunming train station. Really appreciated the laundry room and late evening meal. The breakfast had a wonderful spread of Western and Chinese foods.
Definitely worth the reasonable price.

Wonderful hotel. We always stay here when visiting friends in Kunming. Fairly convenient - though we often took Didi to get places. Top of the list is their service. It is first class! They go out of your way to help and often took the initiative to ask us if we needed help. Front desk is always fully staffed as is the breakfast area. The breakfast is bountiful. Not a 5-start buffet but more than enough, mostly fresh, options to choose from. The exercise room is simple but all the machines work and it's clean. The whole hotel is clean and new. Even have free laundry service. They spent time understanding what travelers need and pay attention to even small details like bumper guards on corners!
The restaurant attached is a bit pricey but also excellent service and good food. They even have private rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors for no extra charge (for about 15 people). I think the only requirement is a min number of people. We used it two times.
The only think they can improve is to add a little refregerator to the room.

Clean and great value, come with breakfast and late night supper. Upgraded to a bigger room. Washing machine and dryer is a ++. The aunty so kind helped to put our laundry in machine and dried them, sent them to my room.
Will definitely come back!
