酒店位置很好，就在文林街，出行很方便，酒店大堂在13楼，其馀楼层需要刷卡能到，酒店服务还是很不错的，房间收拾的很干净，性价比也很高。点外卖有机器人送餐，小朋友很喜欢。
缺点:房间设施比较旧了，通风不好，酸臭酸臭的，也不能自己调冷暖气。

服务人员提前电话联系确认孩子性别给留了粉色主题。到了以后看到是粉粉的小马主题，娃喜欢的不得了。房间温馨舒适，干净整洁。
酒店位置绝佳，去翠湖周边景点，餐厅都方便。

服务是非常好的甚至可以说太棒了 无论是前台还是保洁 很好交流也好说话。一开始是和朋友住的双床后面一个人换成了大床，晚上睡觉很舒服环境和卫生也很好，洗澡水大还暖和这点我太喜欢了。地理位置就不用多说了，住着块比市中心吃的玩的还多 要啥自行车啊??

入住体验非常满意！本来先定了一天，感觉不错，又租住两天。特别想表扬一下早餐餐厅的一位服务员，她负责收餐卷或验房号，还负责煮米线面条。其他服务人员忙不过来的时候，她帮着收餐桌、整理咖啡机、补充主食水果等等，一直在忙碌中。但她对客人始终保持热情友好的微笑，让大家感受到非常温馨的入住体验。

房间很干净，重点要表扬下服务。家里长者住店后，走得急把胰岛素遗忘在房间冰箱里了，出门在外，糖尿病人无法及时用药，的确很影响生活质量。酒店工作人员发现后，很快联系上长者，并安排快递到他们的目的地，还细心地加了冰保证药效，让人觉得心里暖暖的。酒店离翠湖步行可达，再来昆明玩的话，还会选择住这里。虽然停留时间不长，给家里长者留下了非常好的印象，要求一定表扬一下????

这是第二次选择桔子翠湖啦，位置非常便利，出门就是充满小资情调的咖啡店和小吃街，逛街、吃饭门口就解决，离翠湖、云大、陆军讲武堂都步行几分钟就到了，打车更不用说非常便利；前台到客房的服务都非常周到，我带八十多岁老爸出游想选择的房间订错了，前台积极帮助我解决结果我很满意，我们父亲不舒服吃药需要多喝水，我给客房说过一次，后续几天都会多送水给我们；这个酒店的早餐品种丰富足够我们选择，还有自助洗衣机，烘干机非常便利，对于我这种带长者出行真是太合适不过了，昆明很美还会来，有机会还会选择入住桔子翠湖。

定的亲子房，住的很舒适，地点很好，就在翠湖公园附近，紧邻陆军学堂，离昆明老街也不远，尤其值得点赞的是早餐，我们定的房间不含早，三个人一共只需49元就可以吃到酒店的自助早餐，丰盛味道也不错，酒店服务很好

自驾旅游入住，酒店旁边的院子里有停车场，停车方便，进出停车场需要到前台拿停车券。前台服务专业，客房干净，布草洁净，洗漱用品齐全，早餐丰富。地理位置好，周围有食品餐饮店，距离翠湖公园南门步行十几分锺，沿路商业氛围浓。是值得再次入住的酒店。

Room is simple and clean. Front desk is much friendlier than all other Chinese people we had to deal with IE: didi drivers, shop keepers etc. Value for money. The only problem is that I didn't know how to control the lights so it felt a bit dim

decent location close to green lake bt otherwise have to cab to the bustling nanping street/kunming night market. has several cafes and eateries around still just not touristy at all (but hence quiet and no jam).
