A great hotel.
Fabulous amenities. They really have thought of everything. Upon check in, we were served with hot towels; a nice touch, especially on a rainy day. We were also upgraded to a larger room with ample room for our family.
This Lavende is located along Subway line 1, so very convenient for getting around with public transit. We mostly took DiDi (like Uber), and pretty inexpensive to get around to the old town pedestrian streets, especially with kids.
The only thing is that the building is not exclusive to this hotel; it seems to be shared with a mix of businesses (and maybe residential?) However, it was very quiet and the elevator was pretty quick to get up to our high-floor room. We were at first concerned about security, but it wasn’t an issue in the end. Very safe and quiet.
We also took advantage of the laundry room to wash and dry our clothes. They have separate washing and dryer machines, as well as detergent. All complementary.
The ladies at the front desk were very helpful in planning our half-day trip to the Stone Forest. They recommended we buy our tickets at the park, which we did, and take the high-speed train to the Stone Forest town and then a DiDi, which we also did. Very quick and convenient.
Highly recommend this hotel location & the hotel brand. Price is also very affordable. Very clean. Very comfortable stay.

The hotel is new and the location is very convenient. Very short walk to the subway and about three stations to the downtown. There are few coffee shops and cafes that you can visit in the morning.

Very spacious room located near subway station. We got room facing back from the street and it was very quiet. Breakfast had good selection. Bed was very comfortable and we had very good sleep. We made use of the free washing machine and dryer.
