地理位置还好，但是标识不明显，根本找不到。房间没有挂烫机，没有体脂秤，没有数据线，关键是有无数个蚊子！价位还高。个人任务服务、衞生和价位根本不成比例。

这家民宿在一栋公寓里-W云上，是一栋还在售的公寓，这家是一个专门经营民宿的团队，负责托管，我们在电梯还看到这家的广告。民宿的几间房分布在不同楼层，我们入住的是15楼，这层有两间民宿，如果需要预订两间的可以考虑我们这个房型。房间有一个主卧一个次卧，次卧比较小，是一个榻榻米，窗户也小，采光差一点。主卧的卧室里面有一个浴缸，设计有点奇怪。客厅有一张餐桌一张茶桌，点些外卖回来很方便，厨房也有简单的餐具。民宿的老板在我们入住期间，保持微信联系，问我们是否需要打扫等等，这种有一定距离感的服务也挺好，不过度服务，微信也能及时回覆解决问题。总体来説，入住体验感较好，性价比也挺高，民宿旁边就是交三桥地铁站，去机场挺方便。酒店离昆明老街也很近，唯一不足就是停车的车位很少，我们是租车从抚仙湖过来的，这栋公寓楼的地下车库还没有交付，只有地面的几个车位，晚上回来需要到处找车位，辛亏我们两天运气比较好，都是只剩一个车位。

客厅和主卧非常宽敞，两室一厅两衞一厨，互不干扰使用方便！设施齐全，居住舒适！楼层高可眺望城市美景，交通便利，交三桥站地铁上座，离恒隆广场和昆明老街很近，地铁可达，购物逛街很方便！管家服务周到体贴！推荐入住！

自驾游首站选了昆明这家民宿，简直是意外之喜！长途开车后本想找个地方好好歇脚，在携程刷到它时就被环境吸引，入住后果然没让人失望。
三房一厅带厨房的布局太适合家庭出行了，就像在昆明有了个属于自己的小公寓，宽敞又自在。衞生做得特别到位，细节处乾乾净净，进来就有种回家的亲切感。
工作人员超热情，主动推荐了本地美食和必打卡地，从民宿去昆明老街、胜利酒杯这些景点都很方便，毕竟就在市区里，出行省时又省心。
本来只打算短暂歇脚，却收获了满满的舒适感，下次来昆明还会选这里！

We had a wonderful stay at SHINN Kunming Shiyin Vacation Homestay during our time in Kunming. This apartment offers excellent value for money—very spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Honestly, it has more than you’d ever need while traveling.
The location is central, making it super convenient to get around Kunming, and there’s a metro station just a short walk away. One of the standout features is the panoramic city view—the apartment is on the 36th floor of a skyscraper, so you get amazing views from every window.
We also really appreciated the daily housekeeping and room service, including towel changes and cleaning, which added a lot of comfort to our stay.
The only small point for improvement is the Wi-Fi speed—it was a bit slow at times, and with internet being so important these days, a faster connection would really enhance the experience.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend SHINN Kunming Shiyin Vacation Homestay to anyone visiting Kunming!

房间空间很大，装修风格很干净大气，楼下就是交三桥地铁站，出行很方便，距离恒隆广场不远步行就可以直达，办理入住很方便，管家想得很细心周到

设备很新，厨具、微波炉、冰箱、洗衣机一应俱全，装修风格很现代。长者孩子住着很舒服，有间单独的观影房，孩子喜欢得不得了。住了两天，每天都有清洁服务。出行很方便，离昆明老街挺近的，逛晚了也不用着急。推荐家庭亲子和情侣出行！
