  被酒店的服务暖到了！入住时主动帮忙提行李，办理入住时前台Daisy小姐姐看我们带了小孩和长者入住特意升级了房间并安排同楼层相邻房间，还送了欢迎饼乾??这种贴心程度真的很难得，五星好评妥妥的！

  这次住的酒店真的太赞啦！从前台接待开始，就能感受到工作人员的热情与周到。尤其是前台小露，笑容甜美，耐心解答我的各种问题，帮我办理入住超迅速，给我留下深刻印象。房间更是挑不出毛病，乾净整洁，宽敞又舒适，床品柔软亲肤。各类设施也很齐全，完全能满足我的需求。下次出行，还会毫不犹豫选择这里！

  时隔两年又来昆明 依然选择了这家酒店入住，这次预约了酒店的接机，酒店礼宾部提前就给我们发了接机短讯，我们很顺利的就找到了车子，到酒店就15分钟，晚上到的，酒店备了冬日暖饮给我们很暖心，入住时是前台小孟接待的我们，给了欢迎曲奇也很好吃！住了一个晚上很满意

  酒店前台服务热情，主动帮忙预订了穿梭巴士，司机师傅很健谈推荐了很多昆明的旅游景点，并多次帮助我搬运行李，入住有提供曲奇品嚐，非常好吃，当天现烤呢。酒店设施很新，环境好，早餐有小锅米线口味不错!非常推荐!我会介绍给我的朋友!
