我就想问下酒店老板，酒店造成的住宿税票需要快递，居然让客人承担快递费，合理吗？唯一值得称赞的是前台小妹自己掏钱出邮费，但我沒收。十几元钱是小事，但酒店经理的处理方式不对，如果这样还有谁敢去住。
