原本打算好好跨个年，结果没有热水，更别提温泉♨️，在这个冬天，这样的价格下，实在让人心寒了
其他顾客，也有投诉，有的孩子冻病了，客服给的解释是因为人多。既然这样，那大家以后就别去了吧！

大大低于期待，实在没想到这么烂。建议外地来的就不要住这里了。房间很破旧，设施陈旧，楼层破败，室内浴池很脏，整体有种特别荒凉的感觉。前台服务态度差，硬性规定多，发票水单开不出来。
