    预定的两晚家庭房，入住没有欢迎水果，顺路前台询问才补齐，员工遇到客人主动打招呼不知道该怎么处理？好单纯质朴😊，为什么家庭房没有行政待遇，因为卖的贵嘛，酒店周围就一个欢乐世界好玩，酒店也没有像其他度假酒店一样有很多活动，中秋无论当天还是check out收不到那怕任何员工语言祝福，ihg怎么会有这样的管理？下次去洲际好好学习一下。这样酒店在我职旅经验里面值4.1分。下次去温泉住起。

    酒店很新 服务态度也很好 隔壁就是一个很大的游乐场 送来的水果有点少 还是建议如果有这个送水果的服务还是送的稍微多一点 显得大气一些 不过总体服务很好 晚餐和早餐都很丰盛 酒店超级大的 有泳池健身房 来度假呆个一两天挺舒服的 对了前台奚水小姐姐人很好 给个赞 哈哈哈
