客户推荐的，因为离客户公司比较近，本来订了2晚因为事情还没办完需要就多一天，在网上继续多订了一晚，到前台办理的时候不让继续住原来的房间，说续住直接前台续就可以了，不用网上订，最后一晚按照前面2晚价格收的。但是没有返现了，这样的酒店价格不划算。。。服务员态度差，没有礼貌，没有一个服务员主动跟客人问好，也没有笑容，，，早餐到10点，差不多10点就连开水都没有了，问服务员要开水，服务员竟然回答早餐时间快到了已经开始收东西了没有开水，。。硬件勉强国内五星酒店的标准，但服务员的素质简直三星都达不到，直接拉低酒店档次，，，差劲👎🏻
