机场接机的很差劲，下了飞机打了好几通电话，等了半个多小时才来人。
店里的服务员也很差劲。第二天有车到机场，我们约的是8点出发，结果第二天7点10分就催赶紧下来，说是机场堵车，很多客人都等我们呢。催的我们连早点都没吃，结果上了车才知道，车上的客人和我是同样的遭遇，都不急着去机场，完全是被骗的感觉，强烈不推荐！
住的房间还没有热水，要命啊！

因为昆明机场大雾误机，没能入住酒店！不是个人原因导致的不能入住，申请退款，酒店一点儿都不给余地！拒绝退还入住费用！没法给好评！没有很好的用户体验！幸好艺龙网把返现部分给帮忙申请了，减少了部分损失！只能说，无缘再见！
