当时看重就是环境和前台态度，为父母预订的房间，由于父母不会操作返现活动，为此提前和前台联系，答应我汇帮我父母操作返现，结果入住那天回答的是她不会，呵呵～不会你当初答应什么？第二次询问的结果是相当不耐烦，最后还是好心的同车人员帮我解决问题。做不到就别答应的太早
