昆明金鹰广场酒店设施高档，房间洁净、宽敞、舒适，环境优美，隔音和遮光效果非常好，还赠送了水果、鲜花饼、盒装奶和当天的报纸，每一个细节考虑得都很周全，很贴心，给了我们一种家的感觉。
工作人员热情，服务周到，尤其是礼宾部的李德亮先生，由于上下班高峰时段调不到出租车，他怕影响我们出行，便用自己的手机为我们叫了滴滴，这使我们非常感动。
