以为一个国际连锁加上位置好，在昆明翠湖旁边，靠近讲武堂，面对图书馆的五星酒店，加上新加坡 Grand Park 酒店管理， 应该是一个愉快的经历。结果大失所望。
无烟房经常半夜或者白天不断的烟味，引起咳嗽和眼睛难受，而开窗带来的蚊虫，打电话到酒店找人解决问题得到的推诿，结果把这个酒店住宿变成一个非常不愉快。
第一次到达，已经交钱预订的房间没有了，被前台告知升级换到另外一间，表面上看来，房间虽小，却比较干净清洁，设施风格虽然老，却不难看。第二天换成了预订的房间，明显比第一天房间大，前台所谓的第一天升级实际上并不是。
开始入住第二个房间没有问题。但是一到晚上，各种烟味不知道怎么进入房间和厕所。酒店告知厕所只能半个小时抽一次风，不能单独抽风。其实从来没有看见过风扇转动。
所以这个酒店不仅设施有问题，其他房间的烟味进入了无烟房，而且不能保持房间抽风一直工作。
打电话到前台找人上来检查，或者被告知经理没有时间，或者直接挂掉电话。最后自己下去前台找人，可能怕影响生意，马上就上来两个人。
清洁人员打扫卫生比较干净，补充水和其他用品及时。不过这是五星级酒店应该的。

这个酒店是比较旧的五星级，环境都很好，干净，主要是到公园近，老城区安静。楼下优雅的音乐餐厅，不错👍
