酒店设备有特色，古朴典雅，水龙头是铜质的，木质雕花背板上墙，增加隔音效果，真心的很有创意，算是有特色的酒店～

优点：1.地理位置好，一公里范围内分布着翠湖公园、讲武堂、云南大学等景点，四处有很多可逛的地方，交通十分便利。
2.酒店风格独具特色，古色古香，独门独院，混合着木质结构的四层楼，房间内部的家具也都是古朴的木质风格，很有返璞归真的感觉
缺点：1、没有电梯，住的高了就要自己搬行李了。
2、洗澡水冷热不稳定，不是热了就是凉了，得有犀利的微操技术才能找到冷热之间的平衡点
