服务员还真是冷冰冰，房间设施比较旧了，看得出来翻新过。我睡的床一翻身就咯吱咯吱响，睡眠浅的人不要选了。卫生还行，很多旅行团下榻之处。总结，的确不到4星。。。。。。。

太差了，还5星呢，为了赶高铁我们叫酒店帮我们定6点45分的出租车，然后他们没人帮我们定，也没人告诉我们，酒店的电梯也真的可怕，只能做几个人，正好碰到一个团退房，我们等了20分钟都下不去，只能拿着2个行李箱从22楼走下来，真是一次极差的体验。

五星酒店，前台服务员态度很一般，打电话咨询还有没有车位，总台让我问前台，前台又让我问安保部，这样转来转去有意思吗？洗漱台的水龙头也是坏的，一打开水就到处乱喷。。。。
