酒店环境不错，毕竟是云南省政府接待酒店，但"苍蝇、臭虫"太多，原本轻松国庆之旅被这帮*****搅和了。因担心堵车提前于9月30晚赶到海埂花园酒店，房间提前在艺龙网订妥的9月30号到10月5号，到前台竞被告知10月2号他们酒店有接待领导仼务，我所订房间必须配合调整，意思是订的房间只能住两晚就的换地方，多一事不如少一事，配合酒店换房，可就是这换房换出事来，服务员竞拿着一个茶杯指着紧挨手柄位置的一个微小缺口说是被我损坏的，这酒店太黑暗了，茶杯边上有个小缺口非说是我们用的，让我们赔，只用了一次杯子喝感冒药，我说如果真的是我们喝个药你们的茶杯就坏了，那说明你们用的是伪劣产品，再说我们入住时，你也没让我们看茶杯是否完好，凭什么说是我们损坏的，不是你们以前就有的！这酒店太不讲理了，我住这么多酒店，国内外第一次碰上这事，酒店服务员还再三强调他们不可能给顾客用有缺口的杯子，言外之意就是我们在撤谎不承认弄坏了杯子，后来值班经理出面调解，也是一样的口气，最后此事我们赔了一百元钱把杯子砸碎了而告终，感觉这个愧对云南省政府接待酒店的称号，连个快捷酒店的管理都不如，这辈子再也不会去这个恶心的酒店。
