The hotel staff was very helpful and when an extra mile to guide us to places of attractions and where to find good food. I am very thankful to them especially to Ms Yang Fei Yan who was very patient - slowly explained to us and attended to us day after day attending to numerous questioning with a smile.
Bed was comfortable and room clean.
At the reception lounge where we can have a cup of coffee or Chinese tea and relax with nice music and nice frangrance cool air

Ottima sistemazione nel cuore della città di kuming!
Bella struttura a pochi passi dalla metropolitana.
Camera spaziosa, bagno privato con set di cortesia (spazzolino da denti e dentifricio, ciabatte, shampoo e bagnoschiuma)! Letto confortevole, ottimo il servizio di condizionamento, acqua calda perfettamente funzionante!
Nella hall troverete una macchina per il caffè e thè offerti dalla struttura!
Negozio di generi alimentari, ristoranti nella zona.
Pulizia impeccabile!
Le ragazze dell'accoglienza sono state gentilissime, disponibili e sempre con il sorriso.
Se ci trovate a kuming, soggiornate qui! Vi sentirete a casa!

best location and best customer service. There’s a very nice girl name: Chen jia yan take good care of care of me. She is very friendly and professional and made me feel like at home. The coffee machine is a great service all day long in the lobby

For its price this hotel is not bad at all. The bed is particularly very comfy and the premises are clean.
One thing am very unhappy about is its claim that some rooms are non-smoking. I booked thinking that if explicitly requested, and I did request, to have a non-smoking room, we’ll be assigned to such rooms. But the rooms assigned to us reeked of smoking so I requested for a change only to be told by those at the counter that the hotel actually permits smoking in all its rooms, so it may be pointless to change because the same problem could arise. When I showed them that Trip.com indicates some rooms are non-smoking, they said that perhaps there’s a mistake because the hotel all along allows smoking in all its rooms. I don’t know whether it is a false claim on the part of the hotel, or on Trip.com but better not mislead. I would have not booked if I knew it’s a smoking hotel. As it’s already late and we’re all very tired and it’s cold outside, we just endured two nights of smoke scents barely masked by sprayed freshener??

The staff was very helpful. I even received some fruits as a welcome gift!
The rooms are clean and cozy. The AC works as a heather too!
Not very close to the city center, but you can get a taxi for about 10-15 RMB!

Very nice and helpful young ladies at the front desk. The quality of my room was subpar but maybe expected for the low price. The window of my room was jammed open and could not be fully closed so I had to turn the heat up. There were scruff marks on the walls and bedspring. Both elevators could use some renovation as they are damaged in the front. This room was quiet enough to have a good sleep
