订300的商务双床房，过道只有双腿宽，孩子刚躺下睡觉发现有东西刺，找到图中的钉子，还有床单上有鞋印，这忍了，半夜空调漏水，叫服务员，那女的一进来就说，这房间天天有人住都不漏水。难道我故意让它漏的啊，说修不了，让我们不要开空调了，开窗睡吧。四楼，后面都是乱七八糟的小房子。，让我开窗睡？而且那个窗只有巴掌大，要求换房，说没房了！再忍了一个小时，实在受不了了。去找前台才给换了房间，大半夜带着孩子狼狈的换房间，有房怎么不早点给我换！评分有一星是给前台姐姐的，态度还好！

酒店大堂感觉不错，卫生干净、前台服务员很热情，一见我就喊小姐姐，办理速度需要加强，不过很热情所以没有不耐烦的感觉，到客房客房服务员送来一份水果，很温馨、值得推荐、离翠湖公园市中心也近得很，晚上带着老人去了翠湖游玩了一??，感受到了云南人的热情，很喜欢昆明，我是认真评论的，

还可以、在昆明住过好几家酒店、你们家我是认真的评论、感觉主要是卫生干净、房间也舒适的、200元的价格、物有所值、推荐大家.酒店感觉管理很好、上下服务员都热情、打扫卫生的阿姨很认真、给小费也没有要、总体来说很喜欢、下次还会来
