酒店环境优美，配套齐全，设施高档，房间卫生干净整洁，酒店服务热情周到，特别是房间服务员陈金蓉细心的服务让人感到温暖。再到昆明还要来这里入住，也会向朋友宣传这里。

第一次入住花之城，酒店很大，听管家介绍说有两千多间房间，入住还送花卉中心的门票，如果有时间可以去看一下，半个多小时可以逛完了。距离市区稍微有点远，我们因为下了飞机来住倒是比较方便，酒店可以接机，就很省心，房间设施简单干净，不是那种奢华型酒店，这个价格也适中，就是房间隔音稍微差点，晚上入住高峰期有点吵 其他都挺好。

套餐赠送了机场接送服务，接机师傅开车平稳舒适，还主动帮忙搬运行李，20分钟就能从机场到达酒店，房间装饰整体简洁清新，一应用品摆放合理容易取用，晚上客房服务张云花还贴心送来安睡温牛奶，五星体验实至名归！
