酒店位于空港2B线终点站，出门几百米就是昆明站，公交地铁乘坐方便，附近还有很多云贵菜饭馆。酒店房间整洁大气，设施中规中矩，各种用品齐全，每天晚上还会送上问候水果酸奶。早餐在顶层旋转餐厅，中西日餐食品品种繁多，还有当地米线什么的特色小吃。因为我们房间的通风问题有点不满意，为此总台主管亲自为我们提供几间房间让我们选择，贴心的服务态度感动了我们。楼层吴贵莉服务员根据我们提出的要求，热心的为我们服务。从整体水平来看无愧于锦江这个品牌价值的体现，让我们这次旅行感受到了“春城的温暖、锦江的关爱”。

酒店设施太差，地毯很脏，电视打不开，前台服务差，保安特别好，亲自体验后的感觉实在是不舒服，还有牙刷特别硬本来自己有带牙刷掉在上一个酒店了，凌晨十二点才到的没买到，不是有意见这是真实体验😤😤😤
