暑假前，出差必选，暑假时，房价涨价厉害，也是可以理解，现在高峯期过去了，又可以住回来了。前台还是一样热情周到，还帮忙升级了房间，做保洁的阿姨很有礼貌的打招呼，并主动帮忙力所能及的事情。离翠湖也很近，很棒的一家酒店

酒店房间内座机电话打前台和客房服务中心都打不通；房间内有提示请勿吸烟，但是房间里面居然还放一个烟灰缸；入住时跟前台服务人员説了不要靠马路的，服务人员也不解释或者充耳不闻，直接安排双号靠马路的房，因为太晚了，确实没精力继续找他们了；酒店页面显示有健身房可以使用，结果前台告知根本没有开放，如果没有开放应该在预订页面设定提示，到写这个点评得时候页面依然没有。不好的入住体验。
