最差的五星酒店之一！从服务到房间都不行！全国的五星酒店基本我都住过，第一次给差评写评价。1.入住时前台办理入住的那个服务员，全程黑脸，态度极差。爱答不理的，我要的大床房结果没有大床房了，给我安排的标间，我多询问了两句，服务员不耐烦，意思爱住不住，不住拉到。 (从机场打车90多块钱，1个多小时。不想浪费时间，就办理了入住。)2.进入房间，立马呆掉了，屋内设施极差，地毯长期打扫不出来，已经霉掉，整个房间都很旧。还有一个大红色的沙发，看起来像情趣小旅馆的那种。没见过一个五星酒店用这种。3. 房间格局太差，设施不上档次。900多块的房费，是不贵，但是这样的房间，这样的服务完全不值，太不推荐昆明索菲特了。北京济南索菲特都是不错，作为一个大酒店，品质不能保证每个城市都是一致。非常失望！！！！
