酒店靠游泳池的房间真心太吵，客房服务等待很久都没有回复！免费的桑拿真心是我见过昆明最差的没有之一！值得推荐的就是早餐，早餐还很丰盛！预订后居然不可以退，幸好行程没有取消！不然真被坑*的艺龙坑了！

是云南本地人休息的好地方，不太适合旅游的人，因为酒店温泉泡汤的本地小孩大人太多了，住店的客人没下脚的地方。

带着老人和小孩一起去的 环境不错 服务很好 会特殊照顾老人和小孩 就是吃的一般 住了几天 中午和晚餐的自助餐都是一样的 几天都一样 酒店餐厅的火锅味道也一般 人多的时候 桑拿浴室的毛巾都没有 还有 搓澡和按摩的技师手法不好 手艺对不起价格

酒店不错！可房间安排不满意，窗户外就只有停车场！感觉很荒凉。要求换但总台各种理由不给换。不给换就直接说，一下说那边房间嘈杂，我说没事，一会又说那边闷热！我说都接受她又来说那边没房间…有点郁闷！一开始说没有自然理解，偏偏各种推脱的理由后说没了，可信度一下子没了……最可笑是这边房间才是真嘈杂吧！十点还有不知名乡土气息的歌声！第一觉得不是平时住的五星酒店。
