服务还可以。设施一般，中央空调不能制暖只能制冷，制暖靠挂壁式的。房间朝北根本不暖。br吃早饭自助餐东西少的可怜。而且还没有宝宝椅，很难想象四星级的酒店连一个宝宝椅都没有。建议带娃的都不要住。

之前看网上评价说不好，可是现场感受还不错，跟前台要求要一个安静的房间，就给安排了走到尽头，没有车流声，没有人在过道里走动的声音。设施也够用的。美中不足就是干湿分离不怎么到位，淋浴房没有一门，半边空着，洗澡水溅了一地，脱在门口的拖鞋都湿了。

酒店距昆明站很近，交通方便，酒店设施全空调，冰箱都有，关键都好用。，前台两个小伙，态度很好，就是业务不专业。周边很安静，休息的很好。关键是客房没烟味。

酒店比较老了，设施比较旧，坏的设施也就得过且过了，房间有霉味，不是太满意，四星算不上吧！早餐品种不是太多，但是早餐服务的人比较客气！端茶倒水样样来！
