服务还可以。设施一般，中央空调不能制暖只能制冷，制暖靠挂壁式的。房间朝北根本不暖。br吃早饭自助餐东西少的可怜。而且还没有宝宝椅，很难想象四星级的酒店连一个宝宝椅都没有。建议带娃的都不要住。

之前看网上评价说不好，可是现场感受还不错，跟前台要求要一个安静的房间，就给安排了走到尽头，没有车流声，没有人在过道里走动的声音。设施也够用的。美中不足就是干湿分离不怎么到位，淋浴房没有一门，半边空着，洗澡水溅了一地，脱在门口的拖鞋都湿了。
