位置不错，紧邻翠湖公园，而且是机场大巴的终点站，翠湖、步行街、陆军讲武堂、云南大学等景点步行可至，出行、购物、吃饭都非常方便。
值得一提的是它的服务，我8月11日退房到火车站以后，突然发现一个重要的书包不见了，里面有书籍、驾照、钥匙以及最重要的 ~我的笔记本电脑。经电话查询，原来落在了宾馆大堂。值得庆幸的是：书包已经被发现并妥善保管。在发现和找回书包的过程中，发现宾馆对于此类事件有完善的处理规程，能够最大限度地保护顾客的利益。在此表示深深的感谢！

设施有些年头了，但也还过得去，周边很多工地和旧的居民区，对面小巷的流浪狗叫了一宿，隔音不是很令人满意。除此之外服务态度交通便利度都挺不错的。

酒店很旧，最不满意的是前台服务，态度太差动作慢，定的时候要双床结果给我个大床别无选择了。要么住要么走人。房间里卫生间的灯总是会自动关闭。

酒店整体设施不错，尤其是乘坐机场巴士空港1号线很方便。房间仍然有装修的味道，拖鞋的质量不好，建议改进。
