1.优点，酒店环境安静，房间40平带会客室，带三人，二人沙发，茶几等舒适，床垫满意。网上订价合理不贵！2.不足之处，客房服务欠佳，房间地扳三天了，没见打扫，卫生间毛巾等发硬，热水温度不足，37度左右，冬天洗澡偏冷，没有暖风，卫生纸低劣，希望酒店老板加强服务意识，提高设备设施功能，周边类似酒店多，怎样提高服务态度好是立足于竞争力，才是关键！
