很差，因为事先是朋友订的不清楚状况。结果到房间发现真的差。天花板有蜘蛛网，灯一点都不亮，大部分灯泡都是坏的。没有空调！重点是没有空调！有一个不知道叫什么的烂机器，声音大得不得了还不制冷。环境一点都不好，整个房间的布局也是特别不好！没有插头，用的是地上一个插线板！进门椅子上的垫子也是脏的要死，根本坐不下去！

离市中心福香路1站，去民族村9站约半小时，旁边就是公交站，去大型商场很方便。酒店是公寓式，每天会有人打扫，但隔音效果不好。要选底层的，那次大雨停电停电梯了。

酒店在滇池路旁，去民族村只有5站路，很方便。居住环境安静，地下还有停车位，附近还有许多吃的，室内洁净。点个赞！！！

优点：离滇池和西山都算近，离汽车站也很近，要是坐车去大理离西部汽车站也就几站地。楼下超市饭店都有，房间里卧室和客厅有玻璃拉门分开，睡觉和看电视互不影响，酒店式公寓依旧不会每天早上听到别的房间的打扫声。缺点：附近有工地有点噪声，楼内有KTV 能听到歌声，窗户不太好关，迷你厨房里的水龙头没水，电视用的是网络机顶盒，没有直播，电视剧少更新慢，卫生间淋浴那块没有玻璃门，洗完澡整个卫生间都是水，一直到马桶前，若不清理，两三天不干。床垫特别软，腰不好的人睡了不太舒服。
