首先，我定的明明是叫云栖客栈，结果并不是，是一个叫柒悦的，还想着去三楼看景，结果这边并不行，简直是欺骗；其次，房间不大，卫生间没有排气扇也没有窗户；最后性价比低，服务也略差，都不会提前打电话告诉怎么到达客栈，都得自己问，也没有电动车运送行李。总之，体验不好。

酒店位置不错，风景很好，很有特色，老板人很热情，住宿很温馨，在宏村条件也是很不错的。去村子里面逛很方便。
