  服务好，备品自由领取灵活有弹性，家庭入住，四人房也不会太狭隘，行李箱可打开，空间足够，地理位置方便，周遭有很多餐厅，也有便利商店可供采买！！

  The hotel provided complimentary bottled water, which was great. The staff at the luggage storage were also very helpful, and I appreciate that I was assigned a room on a high floor. However, there was a dripping sound coming from the air conditioning area in the room, which affected my rest.

  We stayed at Cross Hotel Kyoto during our trip to Kyoto and booked the Deluxe Family Twin Room. Overall, the experience was pretty good ? ?? The location is a huge plus! Step outside and everything is nearby ?? Family Mart Lawson Uniqlo Ichiran Ramen ?? Super convenient for food, shopping, and transportation The Deluxe Family Twin Room has sufficient space, and it doesn’t feel cramped even with luggage fully opened. It’s very suitable for families or friends traveling together. ?? Small downside: The hotel’s laundry facilities are about a 5–10 minute walk away, which might be slightly inconvenient if you need to do laundry every day. ?? Luggage delivery service: Since our next stop was Osaka and we didn’t want to carry too much luggage, we asked the hotel to send our luggage to our hotel in Osaka. The service is available but comes with an additional fee—still very convenient overall. ?? Overall thoughts: ? Great location ? Excellent accessibility and nearby amenities ? Laundry is a bit far ? Luggage delivery service is chargeable #KyotoHotel

  帮朋友定的住宿，表示满意，地段设施都非常不错，现场服务人员态度也很好，体验感还不错，到景点都非常的方便。周围也有很多吃的，活动价性价比高。没有拍摄现场图片，用迪士尼的照片表达一下喜爱吧
